MEET THE TEAM
Art Roca
Art Roca is a continuous improvement specialist with over two decades of proven change management experience. His breadth of experience spans across numerous diverse industries such as: logistics, aerospace, supply chain, manufacturing and restaurant/consumer. He specializes in designing Management Systems so your organization can streamline and adopt more efficient processes and reduce churn. A strong believer in avoiding stagnancy and embracing adaptability, Art invests heavily in training the client’s workforce so they are empowered to maximize their professional contributions.
Carl Boles
Carl brings over 30 years of experience in operations, finance, process improvement, and project management - primarily in logistics and supply chain. He also has three years of experience in technology integration and two years as an independent contractor.
For most of the last 20 years, Carl led teams of project managers and industrial engineers while managing his own projects as well. He is a certified Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Carl worked with Art for seven years in the early 2000’s and joined him as an associate with Culture Coach in 2020.
