Technology Integration is the process of aligning business and technology so that business strategies can be successfully implemented. It means that systems and devices are able to work harmoniously with one another and share data back and forth. Culture Coach will focus on the People and Process components of your business first, as Technology doesn’t fix issues, it accelerates them.
Lean Six Sigma
is comprised of 3 Key Elements:
-
Tools and Techniques: A comprehensive set of tools and analytical techniques that are used to identify and solve problems.
-
Process and methodology: A series of phases that organize the use of the problem-solving tools to ensure that the true root causes are found and that a solution is fully implemented.
-
Mindset and culture: A way of thinking that relies on data and processes to achieve operational performance goals and continuously improve.
Lean principles seek to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Simply, Lean means creating more value for customers with fewer resources.
Six Sigma is a method that provides organizations tools to improve the capability of their business processes. This increase in performance and decrease in process variation helps lead to defect reduction and improvement in profits, employee morale, and quality of products or services.
Business Process Re-engineering is a business management strategy focused on the analysis and design of workflows and business processes within an organization:
-
Re-engineering emphasizes a holistic view of business objectives and how processes relate to them, encouraging full-scale recreation of processes rather than iterative optimization of sub-processes.
-
Culture Coach develops process maps of the Current State, leads brainstorming and problem-solving sessions with key stakeholders, then develops process maps of the agreed-to desired Future State.

Industrial Engineering
provides structured analysis and optimized solutions in a wide variety of areas, including:
Facility Layout is the most effective physical arrangement, either existing or in plans of new industrial facilities, for example the arrangement of machines, processing equipment, and service departments to achieve greatest co-ordination and efficiency of the 4 M's (Men, Materials, Machines and Methods) in a plant. Culture Coach layouts are developed by a degreed Industrial Engineer with over 20 years’ experience working in manufacturing and distribution facilities.
Supply Chain Optimization is the application of processes and tools to ensure the optimal operation of a manufacturing and distribution supply chain. Culture Coach will analyze each link of your supply chain to minimize operating costs, including sourcing raw materials, transportation, inventory, and distribution. The Culture Coach consultants have over 50 years in logistics and transportation.
Continuous Improvement includes extensive use of the Plan, Check, Do, Act (PDCA Cycle) and Six Sigma methodologies - Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, and Verify (DMADV). Both systematic approaches are powerful in creating an environment for making and sustaining substantial progress.
Quality Management System
to achieve your quality policies and objectives:
Standard Operating Procedures are sets of step-by-step instructions compiled by an organization to help workers carry out routine operations. Culture Coach has over 20 year’s developing SOPs with the aim to achieve efficiency, quality output, and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with industry regulations. We are strong supporters and see the many benefits of SOP’s, which are a preliminary requirement for a QMS.
Document Management System is a process used to capture, track, and store electronic documents such as PDFs, word processing files, and digital images of paper-based content. DMS provides benefits such as document security, access control, centralized storage, audit trails, and streamlined search and retrieval.
FDA, cGMP, ISO, and OSHA: Compliance in general means conforming to a rule, such as a specification, policy, standard, or law. Regulatory compliance describes the goal that organizations aspire to achieve in their efforts to ensure that they are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant laws, policies, and regulations. Culture Coach is ISO and OSHA Audit certified, and has several years’ experience assisting companies achieve FDA compliance.
